Ministry in the workplace

Does anyone have any ideas about ways to bring Christ to work?

Some of my coworkers seem, and I emphasize that word as I cannot see into their hearts and lives, to be deeply troubled people. Grousing about work I can understand; if work was fun, they wouldn’t have to pay you, etc. I’m talking about people who go about their day with a defeated aspect, as though they fully expect their day to stink from beginning to end, and that nothing will change that. It is what it is, and it is bad.

I can’t stand it much longer. I’m surprised I’ve put up with it this long.

I asked my boss this morning about this, and she said she didn’t think I could [minister to my coworkers] because it would most likely violate something about bringing religion to work.

As I’m writing this, I’m thinking I asked the wrong person. I will ask the hospital chaplain.

But if the answer is still the same, then fine. If I can’t bring Him to work, can I bring work to Him?
